I have had this blog for a little while now and yet this is my first post!  I started this blog with good intentions which include documenting my journey through baking sweet things!  However, I think I will just make it a blog about all the things I love, which have to do mostly with all things domestic!  I think I would love to be a domestic science teacher (a.k.a. home ec.).  Do they even do that anymore??  I love to bake, sew, create things, cook, and be with my children (most of the time)!  I have even had some people call me "Suzy Homemaker"!  I'll take that as a compliment.  I would love to get back to the simpler things in life.  I always have a nostalgic look at the past and think that it would be nice to put priority on the family life.  So here's to celebrating sweet things and a sweet life!
